The 2012 Art Burn Fire Sculpture Artists were: Will Truchon & Jo Anna Lange, Tania Garner-Tomas, Caroline Mouris & Tavia Hanson, Warren Wenzel, Nancy Corrigan & Kathryn Ruckman, Marissa Kochanski & Mike Siek. 

For the past four years Silver Skate Festival has hosted a fire sculpture competition culminating with a spellbinding spectacle of light during the finale of Night Works in the Park.  

In 2012, the fire sculpture events at Silver Skate Festival's Night Works in the Park were integrated into the inaugural Silver Skate Folk Trails.  Artist/curator Memi von Gaza took the public on a magical journey called "Baba Yaga and the Fire Bird" through the pictureque trails of Hawrelak Park culminating with "The Burn" on Saturday and Sunday evening.

2013 Fire Sculpture Applications and information will be available on the website late fall 2012.
